These terms apply when you use zogner.com (the "Site") or buy Zogner products from it. The Site is operated by Smart Choice Trading LLC, 16485 Collins Ave, 1534, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, USA ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to place an order. We currently ship to US addresses only.

2. Products and information

We try to describe our products, colors, and specifications accurately. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the real product. If we find an error in a description or price, we may correct it and, if your order is affected, offer you a refund.

Zogner products are personal care devices for cosmetic use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition, ask your dermatologist before use.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping within the United States. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if the product is out of stock, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud.

4. Shipping

We ship to the address you enter at checkout and aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.

5. Returns and warranty

Returns are covered by our Return Policy (30 days from delivery). Product defects are covered by our 12-month Limited Warranty. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

6. Using the Site

Text, photos, videos, logos, and other content on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please don't copy or reuse our content commercially without permission. Don't misuse the Site, for example by trying to break its security or submitting false warranty claims.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
